Reservation Instructions

Customers making retreat reservations MUST create an account on this website in order to continue managing payments after making the required deposit. Once your reservation has been added to the Shopping Cart, proceed to the Checkout page. Once you have entered you billing details, there will be a checkbox labeled "Create an Account?" Click that box and enter a new username and password before proceeding to enter your payment information. This will create your account and allow you to log back in to manage your remaining reservation payments.

Fees

Base prices are per person. Resort fees ($30), taxes (12%) and administrative fees ($59) apply per person for the first two people per reservation. Third-person occupancy pays only $59 administrative fee. Reservations for children have no additional fees above base price per child.

Deposits & Payments

You will receive an email every month to remind you of your payment that is due until the balance is paid. Deposit fees are 80% refundable up to 90 days prior to event; 60% refundable up to 60 days prior to event.
